I just bought salmon from The Saucy Fish Co (Tesco). It comes two in a pack with a packet of watercress & creme fraiche sauce. Eggcited to try it for dinner! Gonna bake it and serve with bulgar + salad greens.
Oh, and my yogurt-style Ensure plus has arrived! It has almost the same nutrition content as normal Ensure Plus, but shockingly, as I just realized, almost twice the amount of sugar. I'm afraid to find out it's taste, seeing that Ensure Plus it rather sweet already.

Most. EPIC. meal. ever.
First experience with bulgur. Tastes like brown rice; hearty and chewy, but cooks in way much faster time. I likey :)
