I'm on a roll. Digestion improving, hunger cues coming faster and stronger. Once again, impressed myself my having 2 whole sardines during lunch (usually have only 1), and then a hefty (yummy) slice of salmon during dinner. Protein-rich food is what I'm craving now and need. Good.
I guess I have to up my intake by a wee bit every day, like a step-up voltage clamp (applying what I learnt today :)). It's time to increase my carbs portion, which is not proportional to my protein intake methinks. Currently I usually have 2/3 cup brown rice. I think it's time to move on to 3/4 (and then maybe I can do 1 cup one day without apprehension like its natural, which will indeed be a significant achievement).
